1 Bedroom’s 3.4 x 3.2 meters, in the middle of the house away from the street, loungeroom and front door, ..it’s reasonably quiet, carpeted with window venetian blinds + full blockout curtains to narrow side of property.

The other bedroom is 3.6 x 3.3 meters, located at the back of the property, very quiet, carpeted with full length block out curtains and a view out to the deep backyard.

Bills and expenses:
Estimated on previous bills. Prices will vary depending on how energy efficient we are.

Water Elec & Gas is paid quarterly and shared equally between 3 occupants.

Water bills on average = $103.00 per quarter.
Divided by 3 occupants is around $34.50ea (around $11.50ea per month)

Gas bills on average = $170 per quarter.
Divided by 3 occupants is around $57ea ($20ea per month!)
..more in winter due to heating etc, ..Less in summer.

Electricity bills on average = $354.00 per quarter.
Divided by 3 occupants is around $118ea ($40ea per month)
..more in winter due to lighting and heating / less in summer.

Worked in the community Building Maintenance and Operations sector. Youth volunteer work.. Previously worked on yachts internationally, in catering and originally did my trade as a silversmith.
Currently re-connecting with Life Coaching study via correspondence.
Enjoy many interests from travel, to gardening, out door pursuits such as snowboarding, camping and fishing. Also enjoy working on cars in my spare time. I’m an outgoing non-smoker who eats meat but appreciates plenty of vegetarian meals and ‘lite’ healthy foods in general.

I keep reasonably fit, used to do martial arts, cycling, even some yoga! Lately it’s been jogging along the river, have a general peaceful / spiritual view on the world and tend to avoid aggressive or loud people.
Much better if you tickle my funny bone!

Occasionally I go to music festivals, played in bands, enjoy cooking / having friends over / keeping busy, learning things via internet, gardening, cleaning, indoor rock climbing, weekend/day roadtrips, discovering new places to eat, occasional movies, friends & family etc,

Chilled time to watch a favourite program or read is also vital.
