Hi Im Tanya Im a 26 years old professional. Im living in a two bedroom townhouse with a spare room. The house has a large kitchen and lounge room downstairs overlooking the private courtyard. There is a second toilet and laundry downstairs as well. Upstairs is the large shared bathroom with separate bath. The spare room is a carpeted queen size room with built in cupboards.The townhouse is situated in Flemington only a short walk to a train and tram stop (tram 57) and local supermarket and cafes. Also its only a short walk or bike ride to the Maribyrnong River Flemington racecourse and the showground. Im looking for a fun relaxed and easy to get along with house mate of a similar age.
