The bed room currently vacant is of a decent size and can be furnished if required there is plenty of space within the house for further furniture if you have your own. There is also a shed for storage if needed.The house its self comprises of two living areas decent sized yard one study and one bathroom. There are polished floor boards through out and there is street parking available.Rent is $140 p.w and is paid on a weekly basis bond is $500 ( can be negotiated as the bond has already been paid)There is wireless broadband and house telephone available for $42 p.month and bills are split evenly between the house mates on a quartely basis.
