hello ,i have 2 rooms available in a lovely street of eltham ,split level house with lots of privacy you have your own kitchen,lounge,bathroom fully furnished. separated from top level where i have my room plus kitchen and bathroom.lots of bird life in the backyard and also have chickens that lay eggs. backs on to a nature reserve, bike tracks,i have wireless Internet included with the rent.. plenty of parking, BQ,I’m looking for professional people or person who are working.if sharing with another person rent will be $150 a week .or couple $250
responsibility for bills every 3 months will be gas to pay, as I’m not connected to it.will be sharing electricity,but as for everything else i pay unlimited internet,water, the house .your part of the house could be considered as a unit. will have washing machine,lounge suite,fridge,tv ,bed ,dining table,fireplace.
