We need a new housemate in May a lovely old 70s style house a litle daggy but comfortable. This is a 4 bedroom house with a sun room and a basement so there is lots of space. A large garden and the wonderful suburb of Eltham are at your finger tips. Lots of walks and cycle paths and friendly people make for interesting relaxing weekends.
