my name is emma im 23yrs old and currently have a room available for rent in my place in eltham.Firstly just so you know i have 2 very friendly little chihuahua dogs (just incase you are allergic or dont like pets). But basically the place is 3 bedrooms fully furnished including double beds in the rooms. Rent is $150 per week + bills / utilities. There is one good sized bathroom and a decent little backyard which is good for entertaining.I work full time plus also often a part time job as well and in and out on the weekends depending on what ive got on. And the other housemate is an 18 year old guy who is doing an apprenticeship in plumbing and isnt home all that much either.
