I am a 52 y o single mum with 2 adult boys and a 7 yo labrador and 1 y o boxer X (applicant must love dogs) I have a spare bedroom with built in wardrobes and lounge fully furnished however if you have your own furniture there is plenty of storage space. Carpark available with private access to house. Bus stop at end of street which stops at train station which is a 10 min walk from house and 40 mins to CBD on train. Visitors welcome (within reason) smoking is not permitted in the house but would be ok outside. Use of kitchen laundry and BBQ area acceptable with outdoor entertaining area available. House is 3 storey and has a steep driveway which levels out at rear of home alternatively cars can be parked on nature strip. We are an easy going family do not have loud parties and live in a very safe neighborhood. Extra $50 per week for extra person.
