Hi my name is David. Im a very friendly highly ethical young man of 42 who has a room to rent in a fairly spacious house. I am about 55 minutes from melbourne city in a lovely country town called Wallan. Although there is one bathroom I am often not home so you will generally have the house to yourself. The house is on one and a quarter acres so there is plenty of room. There is every amenity you could need in the house including a barbecue on the back deck dishwasher etc and a cosy open fire for the winter. There is also gas heating. There are beautiful country views of the ranges from the back deck and as there is plenty of room you are welcome to bring any pet. I love animals and have a few myself. What I would like in return is a clean and ethical house mate. Im not boring or prudish by any stretch and I can a have a good laugh and a good time but I do expect ethical conduct in the home. If you are able to or want to do some basic chores here such as laundry or whatever then the room rate can be reduced in lieu of that work. Single mums with one child will also be considered as there is another spare room although if there is a child the rate may change a little. I just love children and have two of my own although they live with their mum not me. I have had a house mate once before and I am happy to provide references police checks etc. I may also request the same from you. I look forward to hearing from you!
