I’m looking for someone to take over my room september while I go overseas.
Room is medium-large, fully furnished with queen bed, 2 bed side tables a desk and a tall boy. Also gets alot of light.

The house is located very close to sydney road, number 19 tram, gym, train station and coburg markets!

Currently there are 3 other people in the house who are lovely and chill, you will be living with 2 guys and 1 girl all between the ages of 23-26. All kind of do our own things but at times cook for each other and have a smoke together in the back garden.

Which brings me to the house it self, it has a large kitchen, 1 bathroom/toilet, plus an outside toilet, large garden (which needs some attending to) and a veggie garden.

If this sounds like something you’re interested in, then great! Rent is $550 pcm this does not include bills, they are divided equally as they come. I leave on the 19th of May therefore the room will hopefully be available that day or the day after
