We are looking for a flatmate. The room has a bed huge wardrobe space with a computer and office space in the room. If you would like the room unfurnished thats cool I can take it all out. We also have another computer room if you need to work outside of your bedroom and a big outdoor area. Its a quite area close to the train and tram. We are 2 girls both of whom are quite busy we have an outside studio which is used as a artist space. Dont mind a drink love shared meals but please no party animals. You need to be able to clean up after yourself as the house is very clean and neat (smoking outside) and have rent on time every month
