This is a four bedroom house currently shared by 3 people. We are looking for a fourth member for the vacant room. Rent is $130 a week. Bills including electricity gas water phone and internet are shared amongst everyone and in addition to the rent. The room is well furnished including bed chairs table TV heater. Shared utlities included fridge washing machine microwave etc (no additional cost). Less than four minutes walk from the nearest Tram stop. 10-15 mins walk from Coburg train station. 35 mins by tram to the city.We are looking for someone who is currently working or financially stable should be comfortable in producing a reference from the previous living place if they are from Melbourne. Should be clean.
