We are 2 females looking for a another female to share our home. We enjoy our privacy and respect eachothers space but also enjoy a good chat. We have 2 very well behaved inside dogs and 2 cats depending – your pet may also be welcome. The bedroom is medium size and the house has an outside room/ garage we use as a workshop/ entertainment room a lounge room and seperate kitchen. The bathroom is small but has the best shower/ bath in the world. We are environmentally friendly. We share house duties but respect all common areas. Were not big on too many rules we enjoy our casual living arrangement but are always open to discussion!! We are not a couple. We are looking for someone pref in their late 20s/ early 30s and employed or looking students also. Long time lease preferable no paper signing necessary.
