A friendly clean and fun house mate is needed for this room. The apartment is reasonably modern with living areas fully furnished. However furniture may be added if needed. The apartment is very accessible from the city as there is a tram that runs along my street. The journey time is about 20 minutes.Im in my final year of study at the University of Melbourne so I am quite busy and spend most of the time during the week away. I do like to hang out a bit in the time off that I do have though. I dont have a gender preference just someone who is reasonably clean.I do require the person to take a 12 month stay. Im looking forward to meeting the right person soon!
