HI thereI have a room in our 3 bed townhouse in Brunswick West which is about 6kms from city 20 mins on a tram. Tram route 55 and tram stop right opposite the house very close to supermarkets and most of the universities. The room has a single bed inbuilt robes chair and a side table your share of the rent for the house is 650.00 per c month + bills which are approx 60.00 per month. at present there are 2 of us in the house 1 male and 1 female ( not a couple).
