Hi were Cathy and Maya both 25 – looking for someone to join our sharehouse in Brunswick West! Were looking for someone who is friendly and considerate happy to be social but also able to respect each others space. We generally keep it low key during the week but enjoy heading out on the weekend. The place is a modern townhouse with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms laundry central heating security gate. Kitchen has plenty of bench space and a dishwasher. The living area opens out on to a grassy courtyard area and we have a garage that we use for storage. The room – its 2.9m x 2.5m the bedroom windows let in heaps of natural light built in wardrobe with sliding doors carpeted shared bathroom (toilet shower and spa bath) with 1 other person. It fits a double bed and a couple of other small bits of furniture. Plenty of public transport options – 1 min walk to tram stop (55 tram) 2 bus lines and a quick bike ride from train station (Anstey) and Sydney Rd. We have shops and a couple cafes and a mini supermarket just down the road. Union Square Coles and other shops. If you have a car there is street parking available.
