Both very independent, but share a meal and socialise from time to time. It would be great to have a house mate who doesn’t mind to have a bit of a chat over a meal and or a drink. We also understand and respect the need of alone time and privacy. It’s a modern 3 storey town house, with an open plan kitchen and lounge. Spacious BIR, the room can fit a queen size bed (not furnished) With individual adjustable heating for the cold winter nights. There’s a spacious garage, that can be used for storage as well. Great location 30 mins by tram to the city, 15 minutes walk to Sydney road, a minutes walk to the tram stop and convenience store. There’s a park down the street. Electricity, water, gas and Internet bills shared 3 ways. Give us a shout to organise date and time for inspection.
