We have one double room to rent in a 3bdr townhouse in Brunswick West. This lovely townhouse has polished floorboards throughout a cute courtyard a adorable cat ducted heating and a double bedroom that can come furnished if need be. There is a tram stop nearly at our doorstep and if you prefer a train well thats just a bit down the road. And it gets better…..Sydney Rd is so close!A bit about us…..we are two cool chics who are very easy going. We love a laugh (especially over a good glass of wine) and a bit of a chat. We are also respectful of each others space and like a tidy (but liveable) house. We see this house as our home a place to enjoy coming home to…..and we are looking for one more person to share this place. We would love to find another easy going roommate who would like to share this home with us. Someone who has a good sense of humour doesnt mind doing a bit of housework pays the bills on time and likes a good chat! And btw there is a cat in this house. She can take a while to get used to new people as cats can but can be very cute and when she is ready affectionate!Looking forward to hearing from you
