The room available is at the front of the house easily fits a queen bed and other bedroom furniture and has a private ensuite bathroom (shower toilet basin) as well as a walk in robe.The rest of the house is pretty large with shared living dining kitchen and laundry areas. The kitchen has a dishwasher oven cooktop and microwave. Furniture wise I have most things required for the house: fridge washing machine dining table couches and most kitchen stuff. I do however need a TV! There may be a few other bits and pieces left by the departing housemate. As an added bonus the house has a large upstairs loft area (currently used as a study/2nd lounge/additional storage) as well as 2 parking spaces in the driveway and a small courtyard. Walking distance to PT – tram 5 mins train 10-15 mins and bus at the end of the street. A great local pub is a short walk away as is a supermarket and other shops. Easy access to CityLink and the city.As for me Im a 25 year old ESL new arrivals teacher which means I get all the usual school holidays. Im typically out of the house pretty early of a morning and home by 6pm most nights. During the week I like to keep pretty quiet but enjoy a social drink at the local pub or eating out on the weekend. When I get the time I like to cook and dont mind sharing meals or other food. I do come with baggage in the form of a small white fluffy dog. Shes adorable and loves pretty much everyone and Ive been told shes just like a puppy that never grew up.Ideally Im looking for someone reliable with a stable income that wont party like its 1999 all night during the week. Someone who respects people and property.
