We have an awesome house in Brunswick to share with a lucky person or couple. The house is in East Brunswick has two toilets, gas stove and lovely back yard with a vege patch. 5 min to Barkley square and 2 min to the tram and lygon st.

We’re looking for a creative non-smoking male/female or couple (for a couple the cost will be a bit more) who is defintely into music and wants to make a house into a home. We’re looking for a person who wants to stay a minimum of a year. If you want to have band practice here we’re all for it.

Our lovely room mates who are moving out to start their litle family have most of the furniture so if you have furniture that’s great!

We’re not looking for someone who’s a clean freak but someone who’s tidy.

It’s not a party house but we enjoy a drink and hanging out with each other and working on each others projects. We live very close to the B.east and Res so there’s plenty of places to drink about a 2 min walk away.

The house doesn’t have a TV and we don’t want to TV in the lounge. If you have a TV you can put it in your room.
