We have large kitchen and dining area and a comfortable lounge room with central heating/cooling. There is a sunny back yard with an area for entertaining and a small front yard. There is also a secure garage off an alleyway if you have a car.

Room:
The room available is a large, bright and sunny, easterly facing room with polished floorboards. There are venetian blinds and an exterior roller blind to block out the morning sun if that’s what you like.

We’re looking for someone easy going, friendly and preferably clean. If you like watching lame movies from the 90′s, Jackie Chan movies, HBO series, Doctor Who etc then you’ll fit right in.

Single – $650.00 per month, paid monthly, excluding all bills
Couple – $800.00 per month, paid monthly, excluding all bills

Bond $650

All bills are divided equally. Gas is about $35 every 3 months, electricity about $80 every 3 months, water is about $30 every 3 months and internet is about $20 per month. All up roughly $55 in bills per month.
