We similarly have busy lifestyles and all get our own time when required. The house is clean and respectable and lovely to live in..Its fully furnished with funky vintage and modern furniture. The kitchen is fully encompassed with things you need but your own personal items are encouraged to be added. (dont exclude us due to furnishings that can be moved/sold and your touches can be included etc).You will need to provide your own bedroom items. The room is a comfortable double (3mtrs x nearly 4mtrs) completely empty (no BIR). Central heating polished floor boards and decent window.We try to be green where possible recycle goods use rain water for gardens etc.. We also have a friendly house dog who is an outdoor dog only.Great location off Sydney rd – close to Moreland or Coburg stations Sydney road trams and buses. ALL SHOPS DISTRICT!
