The room is on the third floor which has a large bathroom (with bath) and a lot of storage space. The third level is shared with one other bedroom. The First Floor contains an entry area office and storage and third bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The house is mostly furnished but there is an option to bring your furniture and use it or put it in the office. The Queen Bed and desk in the room are available for sale. You will be sharing the house with two females one student the other working both are very friendly and easy to get along with. There are four tram stops 20m from the house which is a short trip to the city or Melbourne Uni. The train is a 200m walk and is very convenient to the city. There are two car spaces available and multiple car spaces on the street. IGA Coles Safeway and clothes shops are in walking distance along Sydney Road. The bond is $850 to the Landlord but Im willing to negotiate if the room is taken quickly. Also the furniture is available to be sold/negotiated or the room can be empty.
