Flat is within walking distance of trains, trams, bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and Sydney Rd.

I’m looking for a reliable professional flat mate that may want to share the odd meal together, have a few drinks at times, or can chill by themselves. But I’m also looking for someone who keeps the parties to the weekend. I’m ok with smokers, if it’s kept outside. Couple and pet owners need not apply.

I recently purchased a BBQ for the balcony area and I’m wanting to get a lot of use out of it, so bring your best barbie tips and skills.
