The house comes with air con and heating, has an awesome light and sunny open plan lounge/kitchen space leading into a courtyard with a deck and drive in car space. It’s approx 5-7 mins walk to Anstey station and Sydney rd.
We’re looking for a housemate who’s friendly and clean with a steady income, (ideally somewhere between age 25 to 30) to live with two girls.
