Hello,
My name is Tom. I am currently looking for a housemate to share my 2 bedroom flat, located in Brunswick.
So few words about myself. I’m 26, I work full time Monday to Friday, so most of the time during the week Im at work or out, meeting with my friends.
Im friendly and easy going. I like to socialize and meet new people. I love travelling and try to get out of Melbourne as often as I can.
My current housemate is going overseas and unfortunately he is leaving me for good, therefore I am looking for a new housemate. The room will be available from the 15th of December. I don?Tt really care if it’s a male or female, I have no preference.
I am looking for someone who is easy going, reliable and can keep the place clean. I don?Tt care if you smoke, as long as you smoke outside. As I said im pretty easy going and always mind my own business,
I am not going to intrude on your privacy. I need someone to stay at least 6 months.
The Flat
The flat consist of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, toilet, lounge room and kitchen. There is one car space, which I don?Tt use, so if you drive you can have it all for yourself.
The house is pretty much fully furnished, except the dinning table. However additional furnitures are welcome. Your room comes with build in wardrobe, bed and set of drawer, only if you need any.
The Location
The location is great?I used to live in Camberwell and Hawthorn areas mostly, and when I moved to Brunswick I instantly fell in love with the local vibe and atmosphere.
The flat is located on Moreland road, in between Lygon Street and Sydney Road. Its great location if you don?Tt drive. Trams 1,8 and 19 are 5 minutes walking ditance from the house, and so is the Moreland train station.
There are hundreds of great cafes, restaurants and bars around it. That is the best part of living here.
Rent
The rent is paid on monthly basis, on every 19th. The rent total is $1513 a month. So we can split it in two, and it will be around $190 a week. Bills come every three months and I roughly pay $60 for water, $90 for gas and $ 200 for electricity on average. But it depend on the season, and if we use Air Con much. I will require a bond from the potential housemate of $ 750, ( just to be sure the place will be looked after). The bond will be fully repayed, whenever you will move out.
I think that?Ts all. If you have any questions related the flat or would like to come for inspoection, don?Tt be shy call me or text me, and I will answer all your questions or schedule an inspection.
I look forward to all replies and hope to catch up with you soon?
Tom.
