A very 70s style brick veneer 4 bedroom (one seperate) house in a quiet street in Brunswick with a seperate garage and backyard. Gas heating large kitchen with electric stove and oven (oven due to be replaced soon) and air conditioning in loungeroom. The house is pretty much fully furnished so we dont really need anything furniture wise. The house is located between Lygon St and Sydney Rd with close public transport options (3 trams 1 train) so getting around isnt a real problem with plenty of restaurants cafes and shopping nearby.The bedroom itself is seperate to the house it has its own kitchenette and tv aerial.
