Hello,

We are a couple aged 28 and 30 living in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house on the Brunswick/Parkville border. Our lovely current housemates (also a couple) are on the move so we are hoping to fill their room.

Our place is a 10 year old terrace with 2 living spaces and a lovely little back courtyard. The house is on a main road but windows are double glazed so it’s not too loud. There is ducted heating, a dishwasher and all bedrooms have air conditioners. We are less than 2 minutes from both tha trains and the trams and a 5 minute walk from Barkly Square shopping centre.

The bedroom on offer is really big with polished wood floors, a huge BIR, a balcony and ensuite. Please note, this is a three bedroom house, we are hoping to have a couple move in as this has worked really well for us in the past. If we are unable to find a couple, my boyfriend and I can move in to the big room with ensuite and we can get two single housemates in to the smaller rooms.

Also worth mentioning we have a 6 month old kitten who lives indoors. She hops around and does stupid things and is very entertaining
