I have a room to rent in a 2 bedroom apartment details below:* Modern 3rd floor apartment with balcony in Brunswick. * 150m from Lygon Street and trams 15-20 mins tram into the heart of the city.* Secure apartment complex with basement carpark (which is yours if you own a car I dont own one).* Fully furnished just need to bring your bedroom furniture.* Wall mounted heating/air conditioning.* Electric stove oven dishwasher have most appliances.* Weight bench and exercise bike.* Housemate is an easygoing active IT professional in his late 20s.* $834.50 per calendar month + expenses (electricity water wireless ADSL2).* Successful applicant will need to complete application and bond transfer forms for the real estate.***Please note that I am currently saving and looking to buy hopefully sometime from June 2011.
