We are looking for a fun-loving, responsible person who can share a room in our three-bedroom fully furnished house. Term of lease is for at least 6 months with potential of extending and one month’s bond of $900 is required. The rent is inclusive of water bills and the other bills (electricity, gas and internet) are shared. Our new housemate must share the household duties and no pets are allowed. The room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, etc., and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with another girl. The room is only rented to an individual and not to couples. The house is within walking distance to tram 19 stop 19, tram 1 and 8 stop 120, Jewell train station, shops and restaurants on Sydney Road, and 7-11 convenience store. There is a bus stop right outside the house for bus number 504, Moonee Ponds to Clifton Hill. The room is perfect for someone who is working in the city (20 minutes away by tram) or surrounding suburbs or studying in Melbourne University or RMIT Brunswick campus.
