We have one bedroom available in our three bed apartment that has a massive lounge-living area and a big balcony on both sides. We currently have an outdoor setting with BBQ and a ping (beer) pong table in the lounge. Other features are the secured parking (2 spaces available), security entrance, lock up cage and unlimited internet. The tram stop (trams 1 and 8 into the city) is 50m away and Barkley Square with Coles, Woolworths and Kmart is 1km down the road. The bedroom on offer is of a medium size with a built-in robe and comes unfurnished.

As for us, we are 2 single girls. one Aussie and one kiwi in our late twenties who work Monday to Friday office jobs. We are keen travellers and have both lived in several countries overseas in recent years. We are looking for an easy going and social person who would enjoy the many local bars and restaurants that Brunswick has to offer.

Room is available from the start of June and is $190/week not including bills.

Our lease is until the end of September but would be keen to extend with the right person.
