We live in a lovely open 3 bedroom 2 story house in Brunswick. Our house is removed from the street and offers a quiet retreat amidst the lively and cultured Brunswick/Carlton area.

Location cannot get any more convenient – halfway between Sydney Rd and Lygon St we enjoy a 10 min drive to CBD in peak hour, 5min walk to tram or train, 2 min walk to Barkly Square shopping centre. Princess Park and Royal Park a short stroll away.

The room has built in wardrobes and can comfortably fit a queen bed and small desk. It has a split system aircon/heater and a generous but private window offering afternoon light.

The house has a fully open furnished downstairs area with an open plan kitchen and living area, 2 courtyards, toilet and laundry all on the same level. Upstairs contains the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The master bedroom is occupied by a couple.
