$690 rent per month for each bedroom, plus $690 bond.

Long term lease. You must go on the lease. Available by July 10th, potentially earlier. Both rooms come empty – rest of the house has communal furniture.

YOU – Employed. Male or female – not fussed. 25-35 years old. Must like dogs. Clean and tidy. No pets. No party animals. Sorry, no couples. NO SMOKERS!

ME – One employed female and one elderly King Charles Cavalier dog. I’m busy, so not around much. Not after a best friend – just need housemates that can pay rent on time and be nice to live with. I am also a street artist, so there’s a lot of yarn in the house.
