I am 29F working as a full time professional. I enjoy yoga/gym, catching up with friends and family, a glass of wine and also relaxing nights in. I’m easy going, clean but not too clean and friendly.

The apartment.$230 per week, $1000 per month

Albert Street in Brunswick, only 900metres from Brunswick train station and 500 metres to Sydney road tram. The apartment building is very new, built in June 2011, and has a gym and a lift. The room for rent is a decent size has built in mirrored wardrobes and a wall of windows. You will have your own bathroom and will only need bedroom furniture as I have furnished the rest of the apartment. There is a big balcony with a northern view, the apartment is on level 3.

About you.

Female, working full time, easy going.I don’t have many requirements. Just someone who is easy to get along with, would like to have glass of wine or a chat on occasions and is able to pay the rent on time
