I have a room available for short-term rent from July 20th to
November 8th (16 weeks) in Brunswick East. The rate is $150 per week, unlimited wifi internet included, plus your share of the rest of the utilities. The room is medium-sized. It features a BIR and can be furnished (by request) with bedding, chair, book shelf, and a chest of drawers. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

The apartment is very close to the 96 tram, and only 10 minutes away from the North Lygon St trams (1 and 8) – a 20 minute trip to the CBD or the University of Melbourne. Close to shops, cafes, pubs, Ceres Environment Park, and the Merri Creek bike trail. There is also a shared laundry, off-street car parking and the added bonus of outdoor swimming pool, which you could use if you are brave enough for a late-winter/early-spring swim!

Given the period of availability, the room would probably suit a student who needs accommodation for the coming semester. I’m looking for someone between the ages of 21 and 35, and who is clean and responsible.
