The place is a two storey detached house located in the heart of East Brunswick within walking distance of the main trams to Melbourne Uni and the city and close to vibrant cafes and restaurants on Lygon Street and a short walk to Sydney Road.It has a great big open plan kitchen/diner area laundry separate living room large courtyard and a covered garage. The house has all mod cons – HD TV DVD player WIFI washing machine and dryer and has a/c throughout. The room available is a double room with built in wardrobes and north facing.Alice and I are both professionals working in our early 30s. We are a fun friendly easy-going bunch who love live music and going out for a few drinks but also like just chill out and chat over a cup of tea. We are looking for a young professional non-smoker who is friendly sociable clean and tidy and who has similar interests.
