Bonus marks if you enjoy Tennis Dragonboat or Badminton! :)The large apartment is unfurnished and both of the two rooms available have built in wardrobes and can easily fit queen beds. One of the two rooms has a small balcony and is 753/month. The other room is 703/month. The apartment also has central heating/aircon a beautiful pool gym secure entrance and parking with two spaces free.Its a two story apartment with shared bathroom and the bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs area is one huge room with a small powder room/toilet and fully sorted kitchen.Its located just 30 meters from the 1 and 8 tram stops heaps of retaurants and pubs minutes to Melbourne uni and the CBD.
