Hi ThereI have a large room available in an awesome two bedroom two storey townhouse in East Brunswick / North Carlton area.The house has an open plan lounge kitchen area; kitchen with dishwasher and lots of cupboard space. There is a remote controlled carport that is available for parking a car and OSP parking which we can negotiate on sharing the carport space equally; out the front has a nice courtyard with nice tall fences giving the courtyard privacy. Upstairs has two large bedrooms; your bedroom has a double inbuilt wardrobe with full length mirrors on each door; in the corner of the room there is an inbuilt small study area that has a corner desk and lots of shelving above; great place to put your computer and books; the room then has lots of space to fit a queen-size bed TV bedroom setting furniture. Upstairs also contains toilet and good sized bathroom/laundry. This place is a real funky pad; you will love it. Right outside the door there is access to the 506 Bus that takes you into the heart of Moonee Ponds or the other way to Westgarth; the trams are also right at the doorstep; number 1 and 8 that takes you right into the city along Lygon street; the shops just around the corner are great and just a city block walking distance to the number 96 tram that takes you right to St Kilda.About me; I am a single mum of a 4yo girl; we are both pretty friendly and easy going; we want someone to share with us who is kind friendly and obviously trustworthy; we are a fun pair. I work full time I study part time and along with my mother duties I lead a pretty full on life.
