We are 2 girls and a guy looking for a fourth housemate in Ascot Vale. We live a block from Flemington Racecourse and the show grounds so it is a perfect location for Spring Racing and music festivals. We also live 3 mins walk from the 57 tram and 10 mins walk from 2 train stations. The bedroom is pretty large (big enough for a queen bed and chest of draws – no BIR) has floor to ceiling windows leading to a courtyard carpeting en suite and tv aerial output. We have room for on street permit parking and some space in the garage for minimal storage. We are an easy going house with a mix of student and professionals.
