I am a 30 year old female looking for someone short term to move in. The room is available from the 26th of May. If you are looking for somewhere short term please email me your circumstances I am not worried if you are a male or female but I would like someone friendly considerate and clean please. I will also consider couples for $270pw. I live in a small 2 bedroom townhouse. The bedroom is fully furnished with a Queen size bed and bedroom furniture. I also have pillows blankets sheets towels if required. You will also have your own bathroom as I have my own. Also a great location in Ascot Vale if you do not have a car there is a tram stop directly outside but it is not noisy as I am the back of the townhouses. The price is $200 per week and includes all bills. I also have Foxtel but no wireless internet
