1 room available in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Sydenham.The house is in a quiet area walking distance to the bus stop close to Watergardens train station and shopping center.The house is currently occupied by myself (1 bedroom) and another person (male) who is using the 2nd bedroom. The spare bath and toilet are separate. Theres space for 1 car along the driveway if required. Ive got all the necessities like a fridge microwave washing machine dishwasher kettle toaster some furniture however the spare room is unfurnished.My house mate and I are easy going trustworthy clean and social. We expect you to be the same. I also expect you to pay rent on time and able to pitch in with house hold chores. Prefer a housemate between the age of 20-30 years a non-smoker with no kids and no pets. The rent is $500 pm excluding bills which will be split. Bond will be $500 which will be refunded when you leave.The house is available for inspection and you can move in when it is convenient for all of us.
