One room will come available in a 3 bedroom house in September. Prefer mature professional but others will be considered. House has a warm feel to it, quiet street and with easy going flatmates. Rent is $100 per week, utilities $30 extra includes, water, electricity, gas, firewood, lawn mowing. You do not have to worry about the outdoors too much. Just enjoy ! Bond is $200 and 2 weeks advance rent. Big rooms, 2 x lounge, solar system, aircon etc… Close to transport, swimming pool and major arterial routes. Central to everything. The room comes unfurnished.
