The room is available for a single professional mature male or female. Friendly, responsible and clean.
Both rooms are fully furniture with a double bed, built-in-wardrobe, bed-side-table,and lamp. The rooms are spacious, with a large window that provides luminosity during the day.
The rent is $150 per week + share bills. Bond will be required
