I am an older student who started Uni 5 years ago and still completing! I work from home and keep a very clean and tidy house. My home is very spacious and up to date with modern furnishings and colour scheme. The surrounding area is treed and hilly with many walking and biking tracks. It also has lovely views from every room as the house is on a hill. There are however two bus stops within a 5 minute walk in either direction which end (only 2-3 Klms) at the V/line train station and bus terminus in the centre of town Sunbury (at Met prices!). The trains are clean spacious and very safe as they have conductors. They also have toilets etc. The express trains take only 35 mins to Southern Cross station (at the top of Collins St. in the centre of Melb. CBD). Also my home is only 10 to 15 mins from Tullarmarine Airport and 5 mins from Calder Fwy by car. There is Car parking space off road on my property but no cover. I do have a double lock up garage if you would like to make an arrangement with me for a treasured car or storage.
