Erindale can be found in an exclusive enclave bordering the leafy, yet conveniently located, Park Orchards and Donvale.

Erindale is an unique mudbrick home which incorporates the natural products of slate, wood, old bridge timbers, quarry tiles and stone into its unique design. At its heart lies the original stone cottage built in the 1850′s when gold was first discovered in Melbourne. The Baltic pine ceiling and original wooden floor and stone fireplace still harbour the atmosphere of a bygone era.
The master bedroom with vaulted pine ceiling, slate floor and mudbrick walls keeps an ambient temperature no matter how hot or cold outside. The other two cosy bedrooms have coir flooring and pine ceilings.

The large lounge/ rumpus with floor to ceiling windows allows in natural light and gives the feeling of being outside. The rustic open fireplace is so cosy in wintertime.

There are two bathrooms, both with showers and one with a spa bath.
The country style galley kitchen with wood burning stove also has a gas hotplate and double electric oven and a quarry tiled floor. There is ample cupboard storage and a pantry.
The laundry area adjoins the kitchen with fitted linen cupboards and has room for a double door fridge.
The family area also adjoins the kitchen and overlooks the cottage garden.
Erindale is located on approx 2 acres. The front gardens are low maintenance natives, agapanthus etc. and require no watering. The cottage garden at the side of the house is planted with a mixture of herbs, geraniums and roses. There is also a cactus garden. The back garden is natural with grass and some fruit trees.
