The house is fully-furnished, has 3 single bedrooms with built-in-robes, 3 bathrooms, a fully-equipped gym, is landscaped, and has internet access. The residence is close to public transport, including buslines and train station, is within 45min. of the CBD and 15 min. from La Trobe University Bundoora. I am a teacher who may be travelling to China for a work appointment in August, and need at least three boarders or two couples who are neat, clean, trustworthy and responsible to take over the house during my absence of at least 6-12 months.
