We live in a recently built large modern four bedroom two-storey house in a quiet North Suburban neighbourhood fully furnished (spare rooms have Queen-size beds) 15 min. from La Trobe University Bundoora about 45 min. from CBD and public transport available within a 10 min. walk. The residence has a fully equipped gym complex (I train regularly) Baby Grand piano internet access study and well cared for lawns and garden. My wife and I are both teachers (she Music/ Chinese me English/Psychology/History) and have a cute well-behaved two and a half year-old son. We are looking for at least two female boarders who are clean tidy trustworthy and easy to get along with. Despite being employed as professionals and still studying (my wife is doing her PhD and I my doctorate) we are certainly not fuddy-duddies nor nerds but rather laid-back fun-loving sociable and easy-going qualities we would be looking for in a prospective boarder. We are both nonsmokers but enjoy a social drink and good food.
