The upstairs has all the bedrooms each with a balcony attached. There is another large room upstairs for the kids to relax in while mum and dad are downstairs enjoying watching a movie and having a nice glass of wine at the bar. It is one kilometre to the beach and has ample space for parking. There is a table tennis table in the garage and is completely fenced for the little ones. This house truly is a very relaxing, large comfortable home which would easily house two families comfortably.
