Prefer a kind natured female to share with a 31 year old female Ok so this place is hard to decribe.But its cool!Near the beach 600 metres from beach in Mc Crae.There is heaps of storage massive yard. I will only live with normal happy people with share experience no cranky know it all fuss pots!plz I would rather be on my own than putting up with rubbish! If you feel the same then maybe this place is for you. Im a student and i work.You need to be a dog lover two hyperactive loving mutts live with me too.There is a couple of loos and showers The place is older bit worn. But at that price you can not be too fussy.Theres a wood heater floor boards coles nearby oh and did i mention the beach. Two bus services within walking distance. Near main drag and freeway.There is a couple of single beds and like a spare sitting area shall we call it next to the room with an old couch in it {Bed sitter couch}. All this can be stored if you dont need it. It has a built in robe small tv bookshelf.Students welcome to apply ft work fine just no party animals or neurotic banshees with domination issues!!!!.
