Large home with free wireless Internet included warm comfy close to transport bus shops coles pharmacy takeaway shops and Frankston Monash University is a short trip down the road by bus or car. 1 room avalible with 2 toilets and main bathroom has bath and shower. Airconditioning and ducted heating. BBQ and outside entertaining area and lounge is huge and seats 8 comfortably with home theater setup. Sunny house lets in light and a small white cat whom has the run of the house. Peaceful area with parking. The bedrooms are located at the back of the house so it is very quiet for sleep or rest. The gas electricity rates internet will be paid by me. Would like an independant person there is plenty of room in the fridge and freezer and there is a dishwasher and washing machine and outside clothes line. There is no access to the phone as it is a business phone in the office. The house has many doors which is great for privacy. I will only have a female and refferences a must would prefer a country student can be negotiable for the right person and a police check a must. Will upload photos once the bed has been moved out and cupboard moved in bedroom so it will be setup nice. Room will have single bed and set of dresser draws and has large window and carpeted with brown fluffy rug.
