I have one Medium sized bedroom available – the apartment is older style but homely. I love the area and the property!
Plenty of onsite parking and parking on the street directly outside the property!

The property is available almost straight away and I’m looking for someone friendly, NO drama house – somone who is happy to have a social house (whilst not a ‘party’ house, people do come over for coffees dinner drinks etc)

Myself: very relaxed and things don’t phase me! LOVE to have a laugh! Love to cook – Love my job – Love positive happy people and thats what I will be looking for in a housemate

I work fairly long hours during the week, start at 8-9 and generally will get out of work fairly late – come home and back out again for food (my love in life…food + laughs with some wine)! I’m out a fair bit but would love somone that I can have a laugh and a chat to when I am in the apartment! Weekends. I’m normally out fri/sat night and do like a good feed at some stage of the weekend so I’ll cook up a storm when I can!

I’m looking for somone that is looking to settle long term – minimum of 9-12 months.
